Legal Counsel - Sports & Gaming

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to Dream Sports and its various business verticals, with a primary focus on the sports and gaming sectors in India. This role requires a deep understanding of Indian contract law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution within the unique context of the sports and technology industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to, sponsorship agreements, player contracts, vendor agreements, and technology licenses.
- Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademark registration, protection, and enforcement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including those related to online gaming, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Provide legal guidance on new product development and business initiatives.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on complex issues.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as required.
- Stay abreast of evolving legal and regulatory landscapes in the sports and gaming industries.
