Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Legal Documentation / Research Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as agreements, contracts, policies, and memorandums.
- Conduct thorough legal research on various statutes, case laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Summarize research findings and present them in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing legal documentation and databases.
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand documentation requirements and research needs.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
- Support the legal department with ad-hoc research and documentation tasks.
