Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
- Conduct legal research on specific topics related to environmental laws, corporate laws, and industry-specific regulations relevant to water and waste management.
- Maintain and update legal databases and document management systems.
- Prepare summaries of legal research findings and present them to the legal team.
- Support the legal team in preparing for meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal standards.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for information gathering and document verification.
