Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Documentation / Research professional with a B.Tech/B.E. background and 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This role will involve supporting our legal and compliance functions, with a specific focus on technical documentation, research, and contract analysis within the Defence & Aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings, with an emphasis on technical specifications and compliance.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and policies impacting the Defence & Aerospace industry in India and internationally.
- Analyze technical documents and specifications to ensure alignment with legal requirements and contractual obligations.
- Support the legal team in due diligence processes and risk assessment for new projects and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and databases.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to gather necessary information for legal documentation and research.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and legal analyses.
