Legal Entity Management - 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and driven Legal Entity Management professional with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and compliant management of all our legal entities, supporting our growth in the content development and language services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the lifecycle of all legal entities, including formation, registration, and dissolution processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all regulatory and statutory compliance documents for various entities.
- Maintain and update the central repository of all legal entity data, including corporate records, board minutes, and shareholder information.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, operations) and external counsel, auditors, and government agencies.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting legal entity management and advise on necessary actions.
- Assist in corporate governance activities, including board meetings and shareholder communications.
- Support due diligence processes related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Implement and refine internal policies and procedures for effective legal entity management.
