Legal Entity Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Legal Entity Management professional to join our dynamic legal team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and efficient management of all legal entities within Trent Limited. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate governance and legal documentation, with a B.Sc degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the lifecycle of all legal entities, including incorporation, registration, and dissolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory registers and corporate records for all entities.
- Ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other regulatory documents with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations) and external legal counsel on entity-related matters.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations and advise on their impact on the company's legal entities.
- Prepare and review board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate governance documents.
- Assist in due diligence processes related to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Manage and track compliance requirements for each legal entity.
- Support the legal team in various legal and compliance initiatives.
