Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Entity Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's legal entities, ensuring compliance, and supporting corporate governance initiatives within the dynamic Indian sports and leisure industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records for all legal entities, including incorporation documents, annual filings, and statutory registers.
- Ensure timely filing of all regulatory and compliance documents with relevant authorities (e.g., MCA, ROC).
- Assist in the formation, dissolution, and restructuring of legal entities.
- Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate governance documents.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws and regulations applicable to Indian companies, particularly in the sports and gaming sector.
- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, HR) and external stakeholders (lawyers, company secretaries, regulators) as required.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the company's legal entities and advise on necessary actions.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of legal agreements and contracts.
