Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Legal Entity Management Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and compliant management of all legal entities within our Indian operations, supporting our rapid expansion in the telecom and ISP sector. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining corporate records, facilitating compliance, and supporting legal and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the corporate database of all legal entities, including subsidiaries, joint ventures, and special purpose vehicles.
• Ensure timely filing of all statutory and regulatory documents with relevant authorities (e.g., MCA, SEBI, RBI).
• Coordinate with internal legal, finance, and compliance teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Assist in the incorporation, dissolution, and restructuring of legal entities.
• Track and manage board and shareholder meeting schedules, minutes, and resolutions.
• Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations impacting entity management.
• Liaise with external counsel, auditors, and government agencies as required.
• Maintain up-to-date records of directors, officers, and authorized signatories.
