Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Legal Entity Management Specialist to oversee and manage the legal and compliance aspects of our corporate entities within India. This role is crucial for ensuring that all legal requirements are met, corporate governance is maintained, and statutory filings are completed accurately and on time, supporting our extensive facility management operations across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the lifecycle of legal entities, including incorporation, registration, and dissolution.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
* Prepare and file annual returns, financial statements, and other necessary documents with regulatory authorities (e.g., MCA).
* Maintain statutory registers and corporate records for all group entities.
* Coordinate with internal legal counsel, external legal advisors, and auditors.
* Assist in the preparation of board meeting minutes and other corporate governance documentation.
* Monitor changes in legislation and regulations affecting corporate entities and advise on necessary actions.
* Manage and update the company's internal database of legal entities and their compliance status.
* Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
* Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits required for business operations.
