Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Legal Liaisoning professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating all legal and regulatory affairs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations across our operations in India. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with government agencies, legal counsels, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and legal departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of permits, licenses, and approvals.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the furniture and furnishing industry and advise the company accordingly.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and meetings as required.
- Manage and maintain all legal records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and provide them with necessary information and support.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance norms and ethical business practices.
