Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Liaisoning professional to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience and an LLB degree, with a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to the sports and leisure industry in India. You will be instrumental in managing and facilitating all legal and regulatory aspects of our operations, ensuring smooth liaisoning with government bodies, legal authorities, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage all legal documentation and filings with relevant government departments and regulatory bodies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all legal inquiries and communications with external legal counsel, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to sports, leisure, and corporate operations in India.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide timely advice on various legal matters affecting the organization.
- Manage dispute resolution processes and coordinate with legal teams for litigation support when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with legal professionals, government officials, and industry bodies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the sports and leisure sector.
