Legal Liaisoning Officer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Legal Liaisoning Officer to manage and facilitate all legal and regulatory interactions for Trivitron Healthcare within India. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the medical device industry, fostering positive relationships with government bodies, and supporting the company's operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all legal and regulatory bodies, including but not limited to, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, CDSCO, and state-level health departments.
- Monitor and interpret changes in medical device regulations, policies, and legal frameworks relevant to Trivitron's business operations in India.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all necessary legal documentation, licenses, permits, and approvals required for product registration, manufacturing, import/export, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal legal teams, external legal counsel, and relevant government agencies to resolve legal and compliance issues.
- Organize and manage meetings, presentations, and site visits with regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely renewal of all statutory licenses and certifications.
- Provide legal and regulatory support to various departments, including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all liaison activities and communications.
- Conduct due diligence on legal and regulatory matters as required.
- Advise on compliance strategies and risk mitigation for new product launches and market expansions.
