The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a strong understanding of legal ethics and compliance within the corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze legal documents and processes to identify potential areas of malpractice or non-compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to uphold professional responsibility standards.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations related to legal matters and ethical conduct.
- Provide support in managing and responding to professional liability claims.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in legal ethics and professional responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal legal counsel and external advisors on risk management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all legal and compliance-related activities.
- Assist in training programs for employees on legal ethics and professional conduct.
