We are seeking a Legal Malpractice / Professional Responsibility professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team at UPL Limited in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring our adherence to ethical standards and mitigating professional liability risks within the agrochemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and analyze potential legal malpractice claims against the company and its employees.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure professional responsibility and ethical conduct across all departments.

Provide guidance and training on professional liability, risk management, and regulatory compliance related to the agrochemical industry.

Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify and assess potential risks.

Liaise with external legal counsel, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies as needed.
