Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our team in Bangalore as a Legal Malpractice / Professional Responsibility Associate. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to critical compliance and ethical matters within a dynamic public sector organization. You will support the legal and compliance teams in ensuring adherence to professional standards and mitigating risks associated with professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing and analyzing internal policies and procedures related to professional conduct and ethical standards.
Support the investigation of potential instances of legal malpractice or professional misconduct by gathering relevant documentation and information.
Help in preparing reports and summaries on findings related to professional responsibility matters.
Conduct basic legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law pertaining to professional liability and ethics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all legal and compliance-related activities.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of awareness programs on professional responsibility.
Respond to routine inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding professional conduct guidelines.
