We are seeking a diligent and experienced Legal Malpractice / Professional Responsibility specialist to join our esteemed legal team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of legal ethics and professional conduct within the engineering and construction sector. This role involves managing and mitigating risks associated with professional liability claims and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of professional responsibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess potential legal malpractice claims against the company and its professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies for defending against such claims, working closely with external counsel.
- Advise on professional liability insurance matters and claims management.
- Draft and review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with professional conduct rules and ethical standards.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to professional responsibility.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on legal ethics and professional conduct.
- Stay abreast of evolving legal and regulatory landscapes impacting professional liability in the engineering and construction industry.
- Manage dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and mediation, where applicable.
