Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Legal Malpractice / Professional Responsibility Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our recruitment practices and client engagements adhere to the highest ethical and legal standards, mitigating risks associated with professional services. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures related to professional conduct and liability within our staffing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive policies and guidelines for professional conduct and ethical practices within the recruitment process.
- Advise management and recruitment teams on legal and ethical considerations related to client contracts, candidate placements, and data privacy.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of legal malpractice or professional negligence.
- Investigate and manage any reported incidents of professional misconduct or breaches of ethical standards.
- Stay updated on relevant Indian laws, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to recruitment, employment, and professional liability.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on legal compliance, ethical conduct, and risk management.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary to address complex legal issues or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, investigations, and training activities.
