Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our dynamic legal team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc degree and 1-3 years of experience in a legal or compliance-related function within the internet or technology industry. You will support the legal department in various aspects of legal operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
Provide support in corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
Conduct legal research and prepare memos on relevant legal issues and case law.
Help manage and organize legal documentation and case files.
Liaise with external counsel and government authorities as required.
Assist in dispute resolution and litigation support.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal frameworks within the internet industry.
