Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Legal Officer to join our dynamic team at Apollo Hospitals. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and managing legal risks within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Providing legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, healthcare regulations, and compliance matters.
• Managing litigation and dispute resolution processes, including liaising with external counsel.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to the healthcare industry.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in legislation and case law.
• Advising on intellectual property matters, data privacy, and patient confidentiality.
