Legal Operations Manager

Role Summary: The Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department's operations. This role involves managing legal technology, processes, vendor relationships, and budgets to support the company's rapid growth and compliance needs within the dynamic Indian consumer and retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the legal department's budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Implement and manage legal technology solutions (e.g., contract management systems, e-discovery tools, matter management software) to streamline workflows.

Develop and maintain efficient legal processes and playbooks for various legal functions.

Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.

Coordinate and manage legal department projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.

Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to the consumer, retail, and e-commerce sectors.

Support the legal team with data analysis, reporting, and knowledge management.

Facilitate internal communication and collaboration between the legal department and other business units.
