Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations professional to join our dynamic legal team at BYJU'S. This role will be instrumental in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal department, supporting various operational aspects, and ensuring smooth functioning of legal processes. You will work closely with legal counsel, finance, and other departments to streamline workflows and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain legal department budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
• Oversee the implementation and utilization of legal technology solutions, including contract management systems and e-discovery tools.
• Develop and refine legal department policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate with external counsel, vendors, and service providers, managing relationships and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Assist in the management of legal documentation, including filing, organization, and retrieval.
• Support the legal team in managing intellectual property portfolios and compliance matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to reduce costs and risks.
• Prepare reports and presentations on legal operations metrics and performance.
