Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations professional with a B.Tech/B.E. degree to join our team in Jaipur. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in legal operations within the dynamic biotechnology industry. You will support the legal department by streamlining processes, managing legal technology, and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and management of legal technology solutions (e.g., contract management systems, e-discovery tools).
Support the tracking and management of legal department budgets and vendor relationships.
Help in organizing and maintaining legal documents, records, and knowledge management systems.
Facilitate communication and workflow between the legal department and other business units.
Assist in data analysis and reporting on legal operations metrics.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the legal department.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
