Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Legal Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role is crucial in supporting the efficient functioning of our legal department, particularly within the dynamic courier and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to streamline processes, manage technology, and contribute to the overall operational excellence of our legal function. This is a contract position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and optimization of legal technology platforms and tools used for contract management, e-discovery, and case management.
- Support the development and implementation of legal process improvements, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on various legal and operational matters.
- Manage legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational enhancement within the legal department.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for the legal department.
- Participate in projects related to regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for legal and business stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team.
