Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Legal Operations professional with a B.Des degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role will focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal department through innovative operational strategies, process improvements, and technology integration within the Engineering & Construction sector. Your design thinking and user-centric approach will be invaluable in streamlining legal workflows and improving user experience for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize legal department processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Design and manage legal technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management systems, e-discovery platforms, and knowledge management tools, ensuring user adoption and effectiveness.
- Create user-friendly interfaces and training materials for legal software and processes, leveraging your B.Des background.
- Analyze legal data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to legal leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for legal services and technology.
- Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Project Management, to ensure seamless integration of legal operations with business objectives.
- Conduct research on best practices in legal operations and emerging technologies within the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Assist in budget management and financial reporting for the legal department.
