Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize legal workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on various legal matters.
• Track and manage the legal department's budget, including vendor invoice processing and expense management.
• Generate reports and analytics on key legal metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the legal team in managing contracts, intellectual property, and compliance initiatives.
