Legal Operations Specialist - Other - Beauty & Personal Care Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Legal Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a keen understanding of operational processes within a legal framework. This role will support the efficient functioning of the legal department, focusing on administrative and operational aspects, contract management, and compliance support within the dynamic Beauty & Personal Care industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the legal department's budget, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of legal department technologies and systems.
- Help manage and organize legal documents, contracts, and corporate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to gather information and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
- Assist in the review and processing of vendor agreements and other legal documentation.
- Support compliance initiatives by tracking deadlines and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare reports on legal operations metrics and assist with data analysis.
- Facilitate communication and workflow between the legal department and other business units.
- Conduct research on legal and operational best practices relevant to the Beauty & Personal Care sector.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
