Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Legal & Regulatory team. This role will involve supporting the firm in navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic advisory services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the review and analysis of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to client projects.
Conduct legal research and provide insights on evolving regulatory trends in India.
Support the development of compliance strategies and frameworks for clients.
Contribute to the preparation of legal and regulatory documentation and reports.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as required.
Monitor and report on changes in legislation and regulatory policies impacting various sectors.
