Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Legal & Regulatory professional to join our growing team in Nasik. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree, looking to contribute to the legal and regulatory compliance of a leading furniture and furnishing company. You will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, supporting business operations, and mitigating legal risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and drafting of various legal documents, contracts, and agreements relevant to the furniture and furnishing industry.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with corporate laws, labor laws, consumer protection laws, and other relevant regulations in India.
- Conduct legal research on specific issues and provide clear, concise summaries and recommendations.
- Help manage regulatory filings and ensure timely submission of required documentation to government authorities.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the company's operations and advise stakeholders accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address legal and compliance queries and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain organized legal records and databases.
- Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and claims, under the guidance of senior legal counsel.
- Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to enhance legal and regulatory compliance.
