Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our Legal & Regulatory team as a Legal & Regulatory Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience who is eager to gain practical exposure in the legal and compliance aspects of the fast-paced consumer, retail, and hospitality industry in India. You will support the legal team in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, assisting in drafting and reviewing documents, and maintaining regulatory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the review and analysis of legal documents, contracts, and agreements under the guidance of senior legal counsel.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with Indian consumer protection laws, e-commerce regulations, and other relevant legislation.
Help maintain and update regulatory filings and documentation.
Conduct legal research on specific regulatory requirements and provide summaries.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to legal and compliance matters.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
Liaise with internal departments to gather information and ensure adherence to legal policies.
Support the legal team in day-to-day administrative tasks and project management.
