We are seeking a motivated Legal & Regulatory professional with a Master's degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The role involves supporting the company's legal and regulatory compliance efforts within the medical devices sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, contributing to the smooth operation and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation for medical devices to Indian and international authorities.

Monitor and interpret changes in healthcare regulations, laws, and guidelines relevant to the medical device industry.

Support the development and implementation of regulatory strategies to facilitate product approvals and market access.

Liaise with internal departments (R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing) to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Maintain regulatory records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Provide support on legal matters related to contracts, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Participate in regulatory audits and inspections.
