Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and analytical individual with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our Legal Rights team in Nasik. This role is crucial for leveraging design thinking and user-centric approaches to address complex legal and operational challenges within the BPO/Call Centre industry. You will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions, improving processes, and ensuring compliance through a design-led perspective. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to a dynamic and evolving legal landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply design thinking methodologies to analyze and redefine legal processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Develop user journey maps and service blueprints to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in legal operations.
- Create visual communication materials (infographics, flowcharts, presentations) to explain complex legal concepts and procedures to non-legal stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design of user-friendly legal documentation and communication channels.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational teams to translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Propose and prototype innovative solutions for legal risk mitigation and dispute resolution.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge management systems from a design perspective.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in legal design and service design.
