Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Rights professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our legal team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and have a solid understanding of legal frameworks relevant to the BFSI sector. This role involves managing various legal aspects, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements relevant to financial services.
Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex legal issues affecting the company's business operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly those related to NBFCs and financial lending.
Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with external legal counsel.
Provide legal support to various business units, addressing queries and offering solutions.
Stay updated with amendments in laws and regulations impacting the BFSI sector in India.
