Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad range of legal tasks, supporting the firm's compliance, contractual, and regulatory needs within the accounting and auditing sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex legal matters in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the management of litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on diverse legal issues relevant to the accounting and auditing industry.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
