Leisure / Casino Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leisure / Casino Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our recreational and entertainment facilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational and people management skills to ensure a premium experience for our employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and driving engagement within our leisure offerings, which may include event spaces, recreational areas, and hospitality services within the corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the operation and enhancement of all leisure and entertainment facilities.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for all leisure operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
• Plan and execute special events, promotions, and activities to drive engagement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage and motivate a team of leisure and hospitality staff.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
