Leisure / Casino Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leisure / Casino Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our on-site recreational and entertainment facilities, including any potential gaming or casino-like operations. This role is crucial for enhancing employee well-being, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of leisure activities within our corporate campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event management, hospitality, and risk management, adapted to a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the operation of all leisure and entertainment facilities, including gaming areas if applicable.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for all leisure activities and facilities.
• Plan and execute a calendar of events and activities to promote employee engagement and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards, particularly concerning any gaming or sensitive operations.
• Manage and train staff responsible for the operation of leisure facilities.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., HR, Facilities Management) and external vendors.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve offerings.
