Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leisure / Casino Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to apply analytical and management skills in a unique industry setting. The successful candidate will assist in managing leisure and recreational facilities, ensuring optimal guest experience, and contributing to the efficient operation of our club and entertainment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of leisure facilities, including game rooms, event spaces, and recreational areas.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of operational procedures and service standards.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment for leisure activities.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.
- Assist in managing staff schedules and training new team members.
- Contribute to the development of new leisure concepts and services.
