Leisure / Casino Manager - IT Services (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Leisure / Casino Manager with a background in B.Pharma to join our growing IT Services startup in Delhi. This role involves overseeing and optimizing various leisure and recreational activities for our employees, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment. While the primary requirement is B.Pharma, the role leverages analytical and organizational skills developed through this education for non-traditional applications within an IT services context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs focused on leisure and recreational activities.
- Manage budgets and resources for all planned leisure events and facilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for activities, events, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and gaming regulations (if applicable to specific events).
- Gather feedback from employees on leisure activities and implement improvements.
- Maintain inventory of recreational equipment and supplies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events and team-building activities.
- Analyze participation data to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify trends.
- Apply pharmaceutical knowledge in areas such as health and wellness initiatives for employees.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align leisure activities with company culture and objectives.
