Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a B.Pharma background to join our Lending department within the Iron & Steel industry. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience looking to leverage their scientific understanding and analytical skills in a financial lending context. You will be instrumental in assessing financial proposals, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring compliance within our Kochi operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, creditworthiness, and risk profiles of potential borrowers in the lending sector, applying a critical eye developed through pharmaceutical studies.
- Assist in the preparation of loan proposals, due diligence reports, and financial models.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide financial insights.
- Develop a deep understanding of the financial instruments and lending products relevant to the Iron & Steel industry.
