Librarian

Role Summary: EduRaft is seeking a dynamic and organized Librarian to manage and enhance our digital and physical library resources. The ideal candidate will leverage their postgraduate education and 3-5 years of experience to curate, organize, and make accessible a wide range of educational materials, supporting our mission to provide high-quality e-learning content. This role is crucial in ensuring our learners and internal teams have seamless access to relevant information and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog and classify library materials (books, journals, digital resources) using standard library science principles and software.
• Develop and maintain the library's digital repository, ensuring ease of access and searchability for e-learning content.
• Assist students, faculty, and staff in locating and utilizing library resources, providing research support and guidance.
• Implement and manage library software and systems, including circulation, cataloging, and digital asset management.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in library science, EdTech, and information management to continuously improve services.
• Manage library budgets, acquisitions, and vendor relationships.
• Organize and maintain physical library spaces, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
