Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Librarian to manage and maintain our company's technical library and knowledge resources. The Librarian will play a crucial role in supporting our engineers and researchers in the Industrial Automation sector by ensuring easy access to relevant information, research papers, standards, and internal documentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Cataloging, classifying, and organizing all library materials, including books, journals, technical reports, patents, and digital resources.
- Developing and implementing library policies and procedures.
- Assisting engineers and researchers in locating and retrieving information, conducting literature searches, and providing research support.
- Managing the acquisition of new resources, including subscriptions to journals and databases.
- Maintaining the library's digital repository and ensuring its accessibility.
- Overseeing the circulation of materials and managing overdue items.
- Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and relevant research in Industrial Automation.
- Organizing and archiving project documentation and internal knowledge assets.
- Promoting library services and resources to company employees.
- Managing the library budget and vendor relationships.
