Job Description
Role Summary: The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell life insurance products to corporate clients within the packaging and containers industry. This role requires building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their employee benefits needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets for life insurance products.
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients within the packaging and containers sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with HR managers, C-suite executives, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Understand the unique employee benefits needs and challenges of corporate clients.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of various life insurance plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the life insurance market.
- Provide post-sales support and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
