Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Pune. This role will focus on understanding and strategizing around life insurance offerings and benefits, particularly as they relate to employee welfare and corporate partnerships within the furniture and furnishing sector. You will leverage your advanced research skills to inform policy, analyze market trends, and develop innovative solutions for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on various life insurance products, riders, and benefits relevant to corporate employees in the furniture and furnishing industry.
- Analyze the impact of current life insurance policies on employee retention, well-being, and productivity.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for enhancing our employee life insurance program, considering cost-effectiveness and employee value.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance departments to implement and manage life insurance initiatives.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and market trends in the life insurance sector in India.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on findings and proposed strategies.
- Evaluate potential partnerships with life insurance providers to secure optimal benefits for employees.
- Utilize advanced statistical and qualitative research methodologies to support decision-making.
