We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree to join our team in Nasik. This role is crucial for managing and developing life insurance-related operations within our manufacturing and production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our employees have access to and understand their life insurance benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration and management of group life insurance policies for employees.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their life insurance coverage, claims, and policy details.
Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing of benefits.
Help in organizing awareness sessions and disseminating information about life insurance benefits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee insurance.
Support HR in developing and implementing employee welfare initiatives related to life insurance.
