Role Summary:
Trivitron Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Life Skills / ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) Teacher to foster holistic development among its employees' children or in a related community program. This role focuses on developing essential life skills, social-emotional competencies, and engaging children in meaningful extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning, creativity, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for life skills education, focusing on areas such as communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and lead engaging extracurricular activities, including arts and crafts, sports, music, drama, and educational games.
- Assess children's progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to support children's overall development.
- Organize and facilitate workshops or events related to life skills and ECA.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and activities.
- Stay updated with best practices in child development, education, and life skills training.
