Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Life Skills / ECA Teacher to join our team. This role involves developing and delivering engaging programs that foster essential life skills and extracurricular activities for our young talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement life skills workshops focusing on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
- Develop and lead extracurricular activities (e.g., arts, sports, creative writing, public speaking) to enhance personal growth and talent discovery.
- Create lesson plans and activity schedules tailored to the needs of participants.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate life skills and ECA into broader organizational development initiatives.
- Stay updated on best practices in life skills education and extracurricular programming.
- Manage resources and materials for workshops and activities.
