Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Life Skills / ECA Teacher to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Com background to understand the financial and operational aspects of the business while imparting valuable life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging workshops on various life skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, financial literacy, and time management, tailored for hospitality professionals.
- Develop and implement extracurricular activities (ECA) that promote employee well-being, professional development, and team cohesion.
- Assess employee needs and tailor training programs accordingly, ensuring relevance to the hotel and restaurant industry.
- Utilize your M.Com knowledge to integrate financial literacy modules relevant to personal and professional growth within the corporate setting.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of life skills and ECA programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to align life skills development with organizational goals and employee career paths.
- Stay updated with best practices in life skills training and adult education.
