Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Life Skills / ECA Teacher to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to the professional development of our BPO/Call Centre employees. You will play a vital role in enhancing communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, ultimately contributing to improved employee performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on essential life skills, including communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and time management.
- Design and implement extracurricular activities (ECAs) that foster teamwork, leadership, and personal growth among employees.
- Assess employee needs and tailor training programs to address specific skill gaps and development areas.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, group discussions, and role-playing exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to encourage skill development and behavioral change.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align training objectives with business goals.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs and participant progress.
- Stay updated on best practices in adult learning, soft skills development, and the BPO industry.
