Lifeguard

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and certified Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals at our recreational facilities. The Lifeguard will be responsible for monitoring swimming areas, preventing accidents, and responding effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise activities in swimming and recreational areas to prevent accidents.
- Enforce all rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the pool and surrounding areas.
- Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Perform routine checks of safety equipment and report any deficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized pool environment.
- Educate patrons on safety procedures and potential hazards.
- Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
- Participate in regular training and drills.
