Lifeguard

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and visitors at our corporate campus swimming facilities. The Lifeguard will be responsible for preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrol assigned areas of the pool to prevent accidents and enforce rules.
2. Scan the water and surrounding areas to identify potential hazards.
3. Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies, including rescues and first aid.
4. Administer CPR and other life-saving techniques as needed.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
6. Educate patrons on pool rules and safety procedures.
7. Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
8. Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment.
