Job Description
Role Summary: The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals at our aquatic facilities, preventing accidents, and responding effectively to emergencies. This role requires vigilance, strong swimming skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all participants in our youth programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas of the pool and surrounding areas to monitor activities and ensure safety.
- Enforce all rules and regulations related to pool usage and safety.
- Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies such as drowning or injuries.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly pool environment.
- Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and staff.
- Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities.
