Job Description

Role Summary: The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals at our aquatic facilities, preventing accidents, and responding effectively to emergencies. This role requires vigilance, strong swimming skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all participants in our youth programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol assigned areas of the pool and surrounding areas to monitor activities and ensure safety.
  • Enforce all rules and regulations related to pool usage and safety.
  • Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies such as drowning or injuries.
  • Administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly pool environment.
  • Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and staff.
  • Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities.
